If you're not happy with Postnera for any reason, email us within 14 days of your initial purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Account or by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partially used months after the 14-day window.
The one-time Founder's deal is covered by the same 14-day money-back guarantee. After 14 days, lifetime purchases are final.
The Free plan is, of course, free. No refunds apply.
Email support@postnera.com from the address linked to your Postnera account. We process refunds within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
Please contact us before opening a chargeback — we'll almost always resolve it faster than your bank.
